How Does It Work?
VeraVista's application tool will simplify the apartment rental process for your tenants , while providing a secure and efficient source for screening. VeraVista looks at both perspectives.
From The Tenant Perspective
The following process can be completed from any computer connected to the internet (PC/Mac).
- The perspective tenant points their browser to your property website or your unique url (www.veravista.com/yourproperty)
- They then complete the online application (there are special features built in for co-applicant and co-signers as well)

They then complete their payment information. We accept the following forms of payment:
- They then submit their rental application and wait for your decision.
- At this point the perspective tenants criminal, credit, and eviction histories are compared with your customized rental criteria. The property manager then receives an e-mail notifying them of the completed application (this all takes less than a minute).
From The Owner/Property Manager Perspective
The following process can be completed from any computer connected to the internet (PC/Mac).
- The property manager shows the unit or receives a call from an out of state tenant that has expressed interest in the unit
- The property manager directs the perspective tenant to their property website or unique url.
- The property manager receives an e-mail notifying them of a completed application.
- The property manager logs into VeraVista's secure servers and views the completed application.
- If they were not approved the property manager can choose the deny
option and VeraVista will take care of contacting the tenant and notifying
them of your decision. If they were approved then the property manager
can contact them and finalize the rental process.
